Take I-93 South
Exit 20B-A towards South Station
Merge onto JFK Surface Rd/Purchase St.
Right on Summer St.
Right on Devonshire St.
One Winthrop Square is on the left hand side of the street before you reach the intersection of Otis and Devonshire Streets.

From the West:

Take I-90 East to Boston
Exit 24A towards South Station
Keep left and merge onto Atlantic Avenue
Left on Summer St.
Right on Devonshire St.
One Winthrop Square is on the left hand side of the street before you reach the intersection of Otis and Devonshire Streets.

From the South:

Take I-93 North
Take Exit 20 towards I-90 Logan Airport/Worcester/South Station
Take the exit towards I-90 West/Worcester/South Station
Take the exit on the left towards South Station/Chinatown
Stay straight to go onto Lincoln Street
Turn left on Summer St.
Turn right on Devonshire St.
One Winthrop Square is on the right hand side of the street before you reach the intersection of Otis and Devonshire Streets.

While there is no parking in the building, there is a parking garage across the street on Devonshire Street, as well as the Post Office Square garage, which is two blocks away.
